Description
Occupied rehabilitation of 100 apartments. Replaced egress stairs; installed new roofs, windows and siding; replaced kitchen tile, cabinets, flooring and lighting; installed new heating and air conditioning units.

Project Highlights
This was The Michaels Group's most logistically challenging project to date: we had to replace egress stairs that were the only means of entry - without relocating residents. The plan we designed was approved by the fire marshal and building inspector and implemented with no interruption to the tenants. This project was completed several months ahead of schedule and under budget.
