Description
Gut rehabilitation of a historic row house to be used for transitional housing for women in recovery, and an adjacent carriage house that will serve as a community health center. The project scope included new construction of an enclosed stair tower on the south end of the building with a handicap lift.
Project Highlights
Construction of the addition required us to match the historic brick façade on the original building. We did this by hand cutting each brick horizontally. The transition between old and new is nearly seamless.
