Description
Occupied rehabilitation of 166 units performed in two phases. The first phase entailed a $1,000,000 upgrade to the electrical service, including several thousand feet of underground conduit. In the $3,200,000 second phase, The Michael Group removed the existing central boiler system and installed a new HVAC system, electrical panels and epoxy coating of domestic water lines. All roofs were removed and replaced.

Project Highlights
All work was completed with little or no disruption to the tenants, who were never without water or heat throughout the entire course of the renovations. This $4,200,000 job was completed with no change orders.
