Description
Gut rehabilitation of single family row homes in the Patterson Park and Belair Edison neighborhoods. Work includes new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as well as new kitchens, bathrooms and finishes.

Project Highlights
The Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 (NSP2) was established to stabilize neighborhoods whose viability has been and continues to be damaged by the economic effects of properties that have been foreclosed upon and abandoned. Healthy Neighborhoods Inc is the grantee in Baltimore. The Michael Group has been awarded 3 NSP2 projects to date.
