Description
Tenant in place renovation of two 13 story residential towers. The 301 units primarily house low-income elderly residents. Construction of a new common building will act as a connector between to the two towers. Renovation work includes installation of new HVAC systems, kitchens, plumbing fixtures, windows and elevators systems.

Project Highlights
The goal of this project is to create a welcoming, comfortable, homey space for the residents. The ultra modern common building will include management offices, a sitting area with fireplace, glass canopy and space for visiting service providers. The common areas are being transformed by refinishing the block corridors with wall paper adding wall sconces, wood pilasters, cove lighting and new carpet.
