Description
Stabilization of 17 historic rowhomes in East Baltimore. Gut rehab of model unit. Located within the boundaries of the New East Baltimore, these 17 row houses will be made available for sale to current residents of East Baltimore as well as those that were displaced as a result of the New East Side Development. Additional houses were to have been for sale to market customers however lack of funding put the project on hold.

Project Highlights
The Michael Group will use energy efficient and green products such as FSC certified lumber, tankless water heaters, energy star appliances, and low or no VOC to create healthy, energy efficient homes for the new residents.
