Description
Halpine Hamlet is a 67 unit garden style apartment complex located in close proximity to the Twinbrook Metro in Rockville, Maryland. The Michael Group will be replacing old, inefficient HVAC units with new, energy efficient units. We will also be replacing all of the old roofs with architectural shingles and TPO flat roofs with insulation.

Project Highlights
These Phase 1 repairs will drastically improve the living conditions of the residents as well as improve the energy efficiency of the buildings. Preservation of affordable housing projects within walking distance of public transportation is especially important for low-income and middle income residents.
