Description
Occupied rehabilitation of 94 units including 33 apartments and 56 townhomes. The scope of the work included HVAC replacement, kitchen replacement, painting, installation of new ceramic tile, rebuilding decks, replacing electrical panels and the construction of a community center with a new sprinkler system.
