Description
The project currently consists of the first three units of an expected 200 unit development. In order to get a read on the market and evaluate the efficiency of several types of construction, the first phase includes a gut rehab of one unit, a ground up wood frame unit and one modular unit.

Project Highlights
Coppin University is undergoing a major expansion. As part of the overall master plan for the area, Coppin Heights CDC is working together with the University on toward overall urban revitalization to stabilize the neighborhood.
