Description
Gut rehab of 68 apartments, including lead paint removal and new paint; renovation of common area and laundry rooms; installation of new windows and roofing; electrical wiring, electrical service and ductbank; HVAC systems; gas lines and service; door entry systems; kitchen cabinets and floors; fire alarm and sprinklers.

Project Highlights
This $5,400,000 project was completed 90 days ahead of contract schedule. All demolition, lead paint removal, carpentry, masonry and concrete work was self-performed.
