Description
Rehabilitation of 139 scattered site apartments located in the North Avenue corridor of West Baltimore. The work includes removal and replacement of all roofs, installation of new mechanical systems, lighting, kitchens, water heaters, windows and flooring. All units were also painted.

Project Highlights
The 139 occupied apartments were spread throughout a four-square-block area. This project required and received outstanding project supervision.
