Description
Three part project which includes the tenant-in-place renovation of a three story building housing formerly homeless Veterans include new meeting spaces living areas and better kitchen/dining facilities; exterior work including paving and landscaping and the gut rehab of two three-story row homes including handicap access and rear additions to house new kitchens which will be used for permanent housing for formerly homeless Veterans. We will also be installing complete mechanical and electrical systems.

Project Highlights
This is our second project with the South Baltimore Station and we are pleased to be part of the team again. Our responsibilities will include an evaluation of the existing structures and systems and making final recommendations to the Owner and Architect
