Govans Ecumenical Development Corporation (GEDCO) has been awarded a $611,000 grant from the HUD Green Retrofit Program (GRP) as a part of the Federal Stimulus Program to retrofit the Gallagher Mansion senior housing facility with energy efficient upgrades. The Michael Group Inc will be the General Contractor for this project.
