Preservation of Affordable Housing had asked several local contractors to tackle this very difficult project and found little success. While replacing kitchens, bathrooms and HVAC with residents in place is a very difficult task, the Owner also needed to remove and replace deteriorated egress stairs without relocating the residents. We developed a plan to erect temporary stairs using an alternative egress point and then remove and replace the existing stairs with minimal disruption to the residents. The project was completed several months ahead of schedule and under budget.

“Thank you for a job well done! You have our complete appreciation for the services you provided.”
